Company

UUCA is a spiritual community working to transform lives through courageous action and soulful connection. We aim to serve as a hub of engagement, honoring the diversity of belief in our congregants and pursuing a more just world.

We offer weekly worship that explores communal connection, justice, and wonder themes. From late August through May, our Lifespan Religious Education program holds classes each Sunday at 10 for all ages to enrich their search for meaning. We offer integrated arts programming through the Pulgram Gallery that responds to and expands upon worship themes.

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta was one of our city's first integrated faith institutions. We are proud of our history of supporting the King family throughout the Civil Rights Movement and continue to work toward antiracism and social justice today.

The mission of UUCA is only achievable with strong, collaborative governance. We work to transform lives through courageous action and soulful connection. This work extends from Sunday worship to operational organization and function! Unitarian Universalists practice congregational polity, which means each congregation is self-governing. We choose our own leadership, handle our own finances, and choose our own delegates to General Assembly, our national annual convening.
