- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze donor data to track giving trends, identify potential upgrade opportunities, and refine solicitation strategies. Prepare detailed reports on the performance of annual giving campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future efforts.
- Moves Management: Execute a systematic approach to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward annual fund donors. Work closely with the Development Director, Individual Giving and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of moves management strategies.
- Collaborative Fundraising: Work closely with the Development Director, Individual Giving, and Individual Giving Manager to align annual fund efforts with other giving strategies. Partner with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all donor touchpoints.
What You’ll Bring (Skills and Qualifications):

- Donor-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of donor engagement, retention strategies, and moves management, with a proven track record of cultivating relationships and securing donations in the $500-$2,499 range.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze donor data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Proficiency in CRM software and fundraising databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling donor communications, presentations, and reports. Experience in public speaking and presenting to various stakeholders.
