How you Will Power our Purpose (Job Summary)

As a Membership Team Lead, you will serve as the focal point for member and staff inquires and provide a quality experience for all. You maintain the highest accuracy with front desk procedures, polices and serve as a role model to other staff. The Membership Team Lead repots to the Membership Coordinator.

 

How You Will Make an Impact (Essential Functions)

Operations and Member Experience

  • Responsible for opening and closing operations.
  • The individual is a leader of a member-focused culture and model relationship-building skills in all interactions.
  • Acts as a shift supervisor.
  • Maintains data integrity of the membership database.
  • Verifies current membership status and assist members with renewals and changes as needed.
  • Provides tours of the facility to prospective members.
  • Monitors the use of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Reconcile end-of-shift money received through the sale of membership, merchandise, mini camp, and program registrations.
  • Maintain the highest accuracy with front desk procedures, policies and serve as a role model to other staff.

Onboarding and Training

  • Assist in training new welcome center staff.
  • Supports logistics for welcome center staff meetings and trainings.
  • Completes all other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Community Enterprise

  • You have a high school diploma or GED and are the minimum of 18 years old. You have experience in the customer service industry.
  • You listen for understanding and meaning, speak and write effectively, and can effectively tailor your communication to the appropriate audience.
  • You establish clear goals and effectively implement tasks and plans to accomplish them promptly.
  • You embrace new approaches and creative thinking to assess and implement effective processes related to employee, operational, and organizational performance.

  • You can work in an ambiguous environment and demonstrate an openness to change in service of our purpose.
  • The ability to observe situations and react, swiftly, with understanding to resolve all events, especially those related to risk
  • You know how to work hard to accomplish team goals in a fun and relaxed environment.
  • You are able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

$15.00 - $17.00, Depending on experience
