Position

We require a motivated Administrative Manager to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director in our fast-paced West Midtown, Atlanta office (hybrid position). This role demands exceptional responsiveness, customer service skills, and a willingness to assist others. It offers ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, making it ideal for sharp, fast learners who enjoy a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to and Assists Managing Director
  • Administrative Computer Work (emails, scheduling, various administrative tasks)
  • Monitors administrative end of awarded grants 
  • Office management (maintaining organized office environment, ordering supplies)
  • Intern management (supervising and training, monitoring task loads, etc.)
  • Front desk coverage (phones, emails)
  • Flexibility to take on other duties as assigned to support evolving organizational needs

Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in our mission and non-profit work
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
  • Strong team player & collaborator
  • Compassion, authenticity, and patience with people
  • Organized, proactive thinker
  • Experience with Google Suite and/or Asana a plus
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and communications at once in a hybrid work environment
