Position
We require a motivated Administrative Manager to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director in our fast-paced West Midtown, Atlanta office (hybrid position). This role demands exceptional responsiveness, customer service skills, and a willingness to assist others. It offers ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, making it ideal for sharp, fast learners who enjoy a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Reports to and Assists Managing Director
- Administrative Computer Work (emails, scheduling, various administrative tasks)
- Monitors administrative end of awarded grants
- Office management (maintaining organized office environment, ordering supplies)
- Intern management (supervising and training, monitoring task loads, etc.)
- Front desk coverage (phones, emails)
- Flexibility to take on other duties as assigned to support evolving organizational needs
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in our mission and non-profit work
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
- Strong team player & collaborator
- Compassion, authenticity, and patience with people
- Organized, proactive thinker
- Experience with Google Suite and/or Asana a plus
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and communications at once in a hybrid work environment
