  • Keep an eye on quality in managing partner project submissions, providing meaningful guidance to ensure all projects on our calendar sparkle with impact.

  • Support partner programming, providing administrative assistance for episodic initiatives.

Volunteer Leader Management:

  • Be a software guru for our partners, facilitating engaging live trainings on how to leverage our technology.

  • Provide real time support for nonprofits having trouble or seeking recommendations on software use.

  • Work closely with our tech support team on support tickets and resolution delivery.

  • Retrieve, compile, and analyze data needed for grant reports and partner communications, transforming numbers into insights.

Volunteer Recruitment & Community Engagement:

  • Boost partner visibility by teaming up with our Marketing team on partner project promotional plans.

  • Play a key role in our team’s marquee events (Hands On Atlanta Week, MLK Days of Service, 9/11 Day, Million Meal Pack, and others), leading large-scale projects that leave a lasting impact and supporting the behind-the-scenes magic needed to make them happen.

  • Dive into the community scene and rock the recruiter role at local events, spreading the word about all the amazing volunteer opportunities with Hands On Atlanta.
