Job Details
Our House is searching for its newest team member! We are seeking to fill the position of Program Services Coordinator.
In conjunction with the Program Directors and the Chief Impact Officer, the Program Services Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of program services and the management of program data. This position operates as a quality assurance specialist and impact analyst for the organization and serves as a bridge between the programs and development teams, maintaining the integrity of data for grant reporting and internal decision-making. In addition, the Program Services Coordinator will assist in maintaining the quality and consistency of service delivery at all program sites. The Program Services Coordinator will also provide guidance and assistance supporting the mission and programs at Our House. This position reports to the Chief Impact Officer.
This position also provides administrative support to the Chief Impact Officer
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1) Manage all data quality and integrity in all database systems and provide training and support to team members
2) Coordinate, monitor, and implement outcome measurement tracking and evaluation planning for all programs.
3) Coordinate, monitor, and implement agency program grants monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in an Information Technology or Social Services field
EXPERIENCE: Minimum: 1 year of experience managing complex databases and analyzing data for trends.
Preferred: 2 years of experience as described above;
Additional Qualifications
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and the ability to catch on fast with complex software systems; experience with report building or advanced data analytics, are a plus.
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to pull trends from data and distill data into management reports
- Ability to relate well to children, families, and clients/staff from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent management, organizational, and planning skills, multi-tasking independently with little supervision
- Excellent time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet individual and team deadlines
- Above average communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, especially relating to individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Experience in file auditing and quality assurance is a plus
