The Opportunity

The Chief Administrative Officer will lead administrative operations including marketing and communications, human resources, finance, information technology, database administration, volunteers, impact and stewardship – and reports directly to the President & CEO.

  • Oversees day-to-day administrative activities and ensures smooth corporate operations
  • Fosters a healthy and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborates with senior management and department heads
  • Ensures overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Facilitates corporate strategic planning
  • Reviews and recommends process improvements

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of extensive administrative and senior leadership experience
  • Advanced knowledge of fiscal planning, reporting, and budgeting
  • In-depth knowledge of management principles and supervisory practices
  • Deep understanding of advancements in administration and organizational development
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can effectively work with all organizational levels Can be counted upon to be honest, trustworthy, and uphold the highest levels of confidentiality
