The Opportunity
The Chief Administrative Officer will lead administrative operations including marketing and communications, human resources, finance, information technology, database administration, volunteers, impact and stewardship – and reports directly to the President & CEO.
- Oversees day-to-day administrative activities and ensures smooth corporate operations
- Fosters a healthy and inclusive work environment
- Collaborates with senior management and department heads
- Ensures overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Facilitates corporate strategic planning
- Reviews and recommends process improvements
Position Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of extensive administrative and senior leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge of fiscal planning, reporting, and budgeting
- In-depth knowledge of management principles and supervisory practices
- Deep understanding of advancements in administration and organizational development
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
