Position: Residential Manager 

Status: Part-Time 

Hours: Friday 12 PM - 4 PM; Saturday & Sunday 12 PM - 8 PM; Monday 10 AM - 2 PM

Empowering and equipping women who are creating a new path in life. BeLoved Atlanta is the only non-profit organization in the city supporting women through a two-year residential and restoration program to break away from the world of exploitation and trafficking. The Residential Manager role is a key position supporting the residents' growth and recovery.  The position assists in identifying and meeting residents' needs;  building community; engaging in volunteer activities; and care coordination through the weekend hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with the Case Managers and Program Coordinator to effectively manage residents’ schedules, transportation, and ensure their individual needs are met.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and resolve matters independently.
• Provide assistance to Program Coordinator and Case Managers when needed with individual client concerns or overall program issues
• Facilitate orientation of new residents, including managing the move-in process for new residents 
• Create and execute weekend schedules and plan activities for residents
• Manage resident phone line for resident calls while on shift
• Plan and facilitate classes as part of the program schedule
• Maintain schedule and provide transportation for AA/NA meetings and track resident attendance
• Enforce home and resident handbook guidelines and reinforce resident conflict de-escalation guidelines
• Schedule and conduct residential checks and searches to ensure houses are kept safe, orderly, and well maintained
• Manage maintenance requests to ensure repairs are conducted when needed at residential homes
• Purchase, organize, and maintain needed residential supplies
• Attend BeLoved Atlanta staff meetings, training, and clinical supervision as needed
• Arrange and track attendance of volunteer opportunities for residents in the community

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous work in human services or customer care 
• Scheduling and care coordination
• Experience with residential or transitional housing programs 
• Ability to engage in conflict resolution 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Personal vehicle for residents' transportation, as needed 
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds 
• Satisfactory criminal history background check

SALARY: Starting at $17/Hour
