Job Details

The Coordinator, Community Giving and Impact will support the operational and philanthropic services needs of the Community Giving and Impact team, including developing and executing processes for database entry and maintenance, prospect tracking, gift acquisition and stewardship, event management and volunteer management.

They will be responsible for providing increased capacity for constituent engagement, the Mount Vernon Fund, major giving, and community events; including but not limited to the creation of briefings for the CGI team and School leadership, producing activity reports to aid in the performance management of development officers, and managing volunteer programs and activities and engagement opportunities.

This position will be the subject matter expert for Veracross, the Enterprise customer relationship management software.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and two years of experience in an office setting, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.

While prior experience in administrative management, advancement, fundraising, constituent engagement, a non-profit, or education is a plus, we care more about your alignment with the below competencies.
