Deputy Director

The Deputy Director position is a leadership position at Raheem. The Deputy Director will manage across internal teams and foster a collaborative culture that moves priorities forward and is aligned with Raheem's vision. The Deputy Director will build strong relationships and trust with the internal team, fostering an environment of radical candor, open dialogue, and feedback. The Deputy Director will develop and operationalize organizational structures that maintain the culture while systematically growing the team and staff capacity.
