Client Services Specialist (Impact/Outcomes)

The Client Services Specialist connects clients to the programs and services that NFCC offers. The role is responsible for conducting client follow up interviews to determine impact and outcomes of NFCC programs/services, collecting and recording data, preparing reports and providing direct client services. SPANISH SPEAKER REQUIRED.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the reception point of first contact to NFCC. Welcome and log in client assistance at intake desk. Informs clients and potential clients to NFCC services and programs. Assist clients to enroll in special NFCC services and programs.  Answers general questions and provides information and referrals to other agencies. Enters data for client and student applications within NFCC databases Conducts follow-up interviews with clients with preset questions to measure program and services outcomes.  May also participate in other follow-up activities including surveys and focus groups. Record, organize and report on interview outcomes. Offer information on additional program, service, and resources to clients if needed. All other duties assigned by management.   

Job Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent.  1 year customer services or other relevant experience.  Prior involvement in the nonprofit sector a plus.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Experience with Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel) Ability to maintain confidentiality. Spanish Speaking required.  Criminal Background check clearance. Negative Drug Test Screen.
