Director of Development

MFHC has been the sole Title X grantee in the state of Missouri for over 40 years. Recently, MFHC has added more services through the support of a local foundation; however, grant funding is not enough and not guaranteed. After a years-long assessment, the board has created a comprehensive program and this position. This will allow the organization more freedom to pivot quickly in response to changes in the political or funding landscape. The Director of Development will build a comprehensive program to achieve annual and long-term funding goals. The Director of Development will create and maintain corporate and individual donor relations and play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and soliciting donors for major and annual gifts. The Director of Development will also be responsible for any related event planning.
