POSITION TITLE: Advancement Import Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Advancement Database Manager
This full-time position is primarily responsible for the import process between ACME ticketing and our
donor database, Raiser’s Edge. The Advancement Import Coordinator role requires strong attention to
detail, patience for validating and adjusting large data files daily, and the ability to sit at a computer for
long hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily import schedule between ACME and Raiser’s Edge using ImportOmatic and Raiser’s Edge
o This task includes pulling the daily sales, validating and correcting member/membership
information, adding sales data, and adding Attributes and Acknowledgement information
Weekly import of biographical updates and sales from RE into ACME
Membership gift entry as needed
Support department events, including some evening and weekend hours as required
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: ● 2+ years of database or administrative work ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy to protect the integrity of the database and to support the
brand reputation of the Garden in communications with donors ● Collaborative work style to support the Advancement needs for information
Required Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management and the ability
to effectively respond to multiple, changing and often conflicting priorities is essential. Must be able to
effectively interact with the general public and co-workers and peer professionals.
