Gwinnett/Walton Habitat for Humanity (Lawrenceville, Georgia) is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Program Assistant ($17-$18 per hour plus benefits) to provide administrative services for the Water Resources Assistance Program (WRAP) in accordance with Gwinnett/Walton Habitat’s mission and standard of excellence.
Qualified applicants need 2 years of office, administrative, or non-profit experience.
Primary responsibilities include program marketing and outreach efforts, serve as point of contact for homeowners, manage homeowner application database and client folders, develop and maintain sub-contractor database, maintain project documentation, provide staff support services, provide homeowner and project information as needed for reporting processes, provide administrative support as needed to the A Brush with Kindness program, and other duties as assigned.
The WRAP Program Assistant works under moderate supervision. Must be computer literate in MS Word/Excel, able to work with online project management software, have great organization skills, and have effective communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to serve others is necessary.
This position is funded through a federal grant and guaranteed through 2026.
