Kitchen Assistant / Custodial Position
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 2:30pm
$17 / hour
Are you a high energy individual who loves to clean and work in a commercial kitchen? If so, have we got the job for you!
Crossroads has the pleasure of serving our neighbors experiencing homelessness a meal 5 days aweek. Half of your day will be spent working in the kitchen and the other half cleaning so that everyone has a great experience! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, washing dishes, organizing and sorting food donations, helping around the kitchen (including some food prep and service), emptying large trash containers, wiping down tables and chairs, composting, sweeping, mopping and cleaning restrooms. There are a lot of moving parts, so flexibility is important.
Qualified applicants will need to be able to consistently lift and move items weighing 50 lbs. or more.
