Job Details
25 Year Faith-centered Inner-City non-profit organization looking to fill the role of Youth Programming Director for middle and high school students. The role includes managing an after-school program for 100+ middle and high school students at multiple sites, planning and oversight of a summer camp program for students, directing of weekly chapel service, supervision of athletic programs, reporting outcomes and statistics as required by grant providing organizations, management of a small team of employees, recruitment and management of volunteers and interns.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a youth minister, middle or high school teacher, or staff person in youth programming in an organization of significant size. Educational expertise in youth development will be an added asset to a potential candidates resume.
