The Downtown Bremerton Association (DBA) seeks to bring on such a person to stand up the organization and fulfill the mission and manage the details related to the DBA, including fundraising, grant-seeking, budget oversight, event planning, marketing, communications, community engagement and business relations.
The right fit is someone who can see themselves having a lead role in the areas above. The position’s salary is $50,000, and there’s quite a bit of room for flexibility in schedule, given the nature of the work.
