Description:
Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta seeks a full-time Project Coordinator to assist the organization with its mission of connecting attorneys with nonprofits in need of free legal assistance. The Project Coordinator will work 40 hours each week primarily from home and will work closely with the Executive Director, attorneys and other staff. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as main administrator to Salesforce database, including records and customization.
- Communicate with nonprofit clients concerning legal matters.
- Prepare monthly volunteer opportunities list and send to attorneys.
- Schedule meetings and calls for Executive Director and Staff Attorneys.
- Update volunteer opportunities list on website. Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Book meeting space for staff.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Staff Attorneys and other staff.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff and interns.
- Provide basic technology support to staff.
- Assist with occasional events.
- Help collect documents for audit.
- Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates Degree required at a minimum.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience, preferably at a nonprofit or law firm.
- Availability to work during normal business hours and to attend weekly, in-person staff meetings on Monday mornings and other occasional events.
- Computer, phone and high-speed internet access at home with ability to access web-based email and databases.
Additional Qualifications:
This position requires a very high level of organization, a strong work ethic, the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent attention to detail. Applicant should be a fast learner and possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an understanding of database administration, particularly Salesforce. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of Salesforce and WordPress is preferred.
Compensation and benefits: Salary range is $45,000-55,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid health, dental, vision and life insurance, retirement investment options and paid time off.
