Marist School is seeking an Executive Director for the Reach for Excellence program.  Housed at Marist School, Reach for Excellence is a three-year, tuition-free enrichment program that prepares middle school students to compete for college prep programs.   Reach for Excellence program empowers determined learners and expands their possibilities in the classroom, in the community, and in life.

The Executive Director of Reach for Excellence is hired by the Marist School President and reports to the Marist President and Reach for Excellence Board of Directors. This position is responsible for the overall operation of the Reach for Excellence Program of preparing talented middle school students who possess limited financial resources and opportunities to succeed in college preparatory programs and beyond.

The Executive Director has direct supervisory responsibility for the Reach for Excellence Director of Development, the Hispanic Initiative Director, the program teachers, and program interns. As such, the Executive Director is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the overall operations of the program.
