What will you do?

  • Act as a campaign assistant for the upcoming capital campaign - manage email communication, track to-do lists, send meeting notes, and more.
  • Manage email marketing through building emails, segmentation, and optimization.
  • Maintain the integrated and strategic cross-departmental email and communication calendar.
  • Work with Graphic Designer to add content and make updates to and other landing pages.
  • Work with contract partners to execute all paid digital campaigns (social media, Google Ads/Grant) and ensure alignment with audience and revenue goals.
  • Implement an enhanced peer-to-peer fundraising strategy to drive engagement and fundraising.
  • Build robust communication strategy, follow-up, coaching, milestones, awards/incentives to drive more participation.
  • Manage and optimize Classy campaigns, events, and donation pages to increase conversion rates and drive more revenue.
  • Manage video content strategy to communicate impact to investors and drive engagement across all digital platforms through video.
  • Manage impact story reporting with program teams and ensure updated stories are continually shared across all platforms.
  • Support development and program teams on reporting impact metrics in a timely manner to celebrate impact through digital touch points and with investors.
  • Provide prospect research assistance for the development team.
  • Project manage all marketing and communication campaigns and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate all marketing materials and resources, ensuring inventory is tracked and monitored at all times.
  • Participates in educational programs, professional organizations, and development activities to maintain knowledge of national trends and promote leading-edge performance.
