CoC Planning Coordinator

The CoC Planning Coordinator works with client Continua of Care to:

1. Ensure the CoC gains and retains HUD funding
2. Promote inclusive collaboration and resource development
3. Support CoC efforts to ensure compliance with applicable federal rules, regulations, and standards
4. Empower effective coordination and enhancement of CoC initiatives

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a public policy, human services or training related field, or equivalent experience
2. Ability to support with patience and understanding, people who are unfamiliar with federal funding requirements, concepts and issues
3. Expertise in the use of commonly used office software
4. Demonstrated familiarity with use of Internet based applications, including HUD portals such as eSNAPS and SAGE
5. Excellent writing/editing skills and strong attention to detail
6. Proven ability to communicate effectively with others, verbally and in writing
7. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships
