Position Purpose:
The purpose of Junior Client Advocate is to provide assistance to clients with basic stability factors for establishing and/ or maintaining a healthy family. These stability factors will be indicated in the client’s custom care plan, designed by our clinical director and Senior Client Advocate.
Key Specific Responsibilities:
- Make Special Service Referrals for Substance Abuse, Psychiatric Care, Parenting Classes, etc.
- Work with clients to identify housing and items to make their house a home.
- Make Clients aware of Job Fairs, etc.
- Educate clients in basic stability life skills. (One on one)
- Keep Resource List Up to Date.
