JOB SUMMARY: Provide on-site and offsite brief HIV pre/post-test counseling and rapid HIV testing in a confidential, one-on-one session with clients while maintaining the pre-counseling protocol of no more than 10 minutes on average for the session.

• Attention to detail . Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks and maintain standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Some (not necessarily expert level knowledge of HIV, prevention methods and related STIs.
• Customer services skills and ability to empathize.
• Experience working with or within the LGBT community.
• Reliable transportation that can be used for business related travel  (mileage reimbursed)
• Work some late evenings and some weekends. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Two to three years of work experience in HIV prevention or education.
• Fluency in Spanish and English language - reading, writing  and speaking preferred.
