Associate Director of Ministries
Westside Table is a growing and diverse second campus of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church located in Atlanta’s Westside (www.westsidetable.com). Westside Table is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Ministries with a passion for meeting and connecting with new people while building ministry for all people in Atlanta’s Westside.
The ideal candidate will be a highly relational, detail-oriented self-starter who can thrive within a diverse community and is excited about the opportunity to build and scale within a startup context. Westside Table is committed to developing its leaders and supports this position with a salary commensurate with experience/education and a very good benefits package. Essential Job Functions
Children and Family Ministry – Collaborates with Campus Pastor to provide leadership for Sunday morning experience for children and families. Recruits and manages volunteers in family ministry. Collaborates with Campus Pastor to select and implement an inclusive curriculum.
Community Outreach –Collaborates with community partners to provide opportunities for Westside Table guests and members to connect faith with deeply held values by making a difference in our neighborhood.
Invitation and Connection – Actively invites and welcomes guests by creating and developing pathways to allow people to grow more connected within the Westside Table community.
Communication – Promotes Westside Table ministry, fellowship and outreach opportunities by utilizing social media including website, email marketing, Instagram, Facebook, etc. •
Other duties as required.

Education and Experience
- College degree preferred, but comparable work experience accepted.
- Proficient in all forms of communication. Effective with one-on-one conversations as well as large audience presentations.
- Must have a history of being very organized and able to balance multiple projects at once.
- Experience working or actively volunteering in a church setting preferred.
