About Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa
Founded in 1954, with a current budget of $22 million, our team of 200+ serves over 15,000 individuals across Sonoma, Lake, Napa, Mendocino, Del Norte and Humboldt counties each year. Trusted as leaders by clients, government allies, and philanthropic partners alike, our professional team helps people overcome the painful impacts of poverty and injustice in all their many forms.
Inspired by the love and teachings of Christ, we serve and advocate for vulnerable people of all cultures and beliefs, prioritizing those experiencing poverty. We affirm the transcendent dignity and worth of every human person no matter who you are. We strive to reflect and honor the incredible community we serve
Through our client service delivery, recruitment and leadership practices, and data assessment, we are committed to giving every participant, donor, volunteer, employee, and community member equal and meaningful access to the opportunities they seek.
This summer, our team will turn the page on a new chapter in homelessness solutions for Sonoma County with the opening of Caritas Center, an ambitious model of nonprofit leadership and partnership. Once fully operational, we will double the number of people Catholic Charities can transition from homelessness into permanent housing each year. This vision, realized from a historic capital campaign fueled by unprecedented community support, will be a source of ongoing innovation and creativity for our growing team.
We invite you to consider joining this bold team as our Chief Executive Officer!
