General Description:

The key purpose of this position is to support government grant reporting and program outcomes management; monitoring of program performance metrics for all MUST housing programs.  Accomplishes department objectives by organizing and monitoring work process.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Represent MUST Ministries in the most positive manner with clients, suppliers and the community we serve.  Interact effectively with a diverse group of faculty, staff, and clients of our service, learns and uses operating practices of MUST Ministries.

  • Handle all information with tact and discretion and recognize the confidential nature of MUST Ministries.
  • Support learning through performance of essential job functions and perform other duties and functions as necessary or as assigned.
  • Work effectively with MUST’s program team to provide administrative and programmatic accountability for the portfolio of Housing-related grants, assisting with both enhancement and on-going monitoring and documentation. 
  • Work with program and grant teammates to develop objective performance measurements across all programs to ensure consistent, high-quality programs.
  • Establish consistent, objective program performance standards of accountability and measure over time.
  • Generate monthly data quality reports to ensure that all data has less than 5% error rate in preparation for reimbursement submission; provide on-going training and technical support for housing staff, as needed.
  • Generate monthly programmatic reports as required by granting agencies. Develop analysis, implications, and results and communicate to Program team monthly.
  • Generate and process annual reports for housing programs that include, AHAR, APR, etc. Utilize Sage, esnaps, eloccs, or other required governments systems.
  • Generate and monitor match requirement for housing program grants.
  • Assist with Audit preparation to correspond with grant year end.
  • Lead the administration of Client Track and all HMIS functions.
  • Research, write and submit government grants in coordination with Senior Director of Housing Programs.
  • Monitor government grant reimbursement files, worksheets, and correspondence in support of firm audit requirements.
  • Review all grant reimbursements prepared by Grants Analyst in a timely manner; attaching required programmatic reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, in Business Administration, English, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in working under housing programs, providing case management, grant management, outcomes tracking, and data reporting.
  • Experience with Client Track/HMIS and government data systems preferred.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
