Production Associate

The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival (AJFF), an Atlanta nonprofit arts organization, is seeking a Production Associate to support event operations and logistics.

AJFF inspires diverse audiences to new levels of social and cultural understanding by showcasing entertaining and thought-provoking Jewish cinema from around the world. For over twenty years, the festival has established itself as a premier cultural institution and film event, with a passionate, dedicated fan base.

The Production Associate is a full-time position that reports directly to the Technical Production Manager. Their primary responsibility is to ensure AJFF events are operationally supported in the areas of logistics planning and documentation, supply procurement and transport, onsite staffing, and third-party coordination. This is a dynamic, hands-on position, where the days are rarely the same. You’ll be asked to focus on problem-solving, providing the technical and production supported needed to translate programming ideas into reality.

Critical to this role is the ability to adapt to changing situations and coordinate various complicated elements with internal and external partners. You must be technically proficient and an absolute team player.
