Program Services Specialist - Energy Programs

StopWaste is hiring a Program Services Specialist (PSS) to lead community outreach and engagement activities for its energy-related programs. StopWaste is a dynamic, team-based organization that provides thought leadership and incubates innovative solutions for addressing sustainability, including energy efficiency, solid waste reduction, and more. The PSS will be an integral member of the buildings and energy team and will primarily support programs of the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN). We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can build long-term relationships with our member jurisdictions and community partners and inspire others to take action in reducing their energy use and carbon footprint. Responsibilities include designing and conducting public workshops, providing in-field support to energy professionals and program participants, and thinking critically and composing messaging to advance energy efficiency, health, and equity in the built environment.
