Job Details
MovingWorlds is growing our impact, revenues, and team, and we are hiring a program coordinator and analyst to help us scale. If you are detail-oriented, like to empower your team members with data, and are good at using workplace automation tools, like CRM, then this role is for you!
We think this is an exciting chance to get in early at an award-winning social enterprise that is committed to creating a lasting impact, continuing to build a best-in-class work environment for the new-normal, and for the opportunity to accelerate your for-good career.
We’re looking for someone that is great at upkeeping data and unlocking the insights within it AND is capable of working with a cross-functional team to capture and share data across functions using business automation tools.
This role will report to our Senior Program Manager (who also leads Program Operations), with your skip-level being the CEO. This position will have two main responsibilities:
#1: CRM Operations & Data Analyst
While we are a social impact organization first, we heavily use technology to scale our efficiency, reach, and impact. Central to our work is our Zoho CRM system, which integrates data from across our custom skills-based experteering/matching, learning, community, and messaging platforms. This role will support our program team in maintaining quality data in the CRM, designing workflows/automations to help us deliver better experiences to our stakeholders, and developing dashboards so that we can make more strategic decisions about our programs, and also share data more effectively with our partners and users. As time goes on, you’ll take more and more ownership of our internal tools and make suggestions for ongoing improvements, as well as training our team members on the tools in place.
#2: Program Operations & Project Management
On top of our global learning, community, and experteering network, we operate programs – like the MovingWorlds Institute, SAP’s Acceleration Collective, S-GRID and Kering Solidarity Leave – that have important milestones and events. This role will help our team track the key milestones for our programs, support scheduling, and assist with sending related communications via our CRM – you can almost think of this like virtual event management combined with program management.
