Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts is seeking a competent, professional, motivated individual to serve as Executive Assistant and Front Office Manager. This key position provides administrative support to the senior management team, supervises the front office staff, and supports the Executive Director in her work with the Board of Governors. The position reports to the Executive Director and Director of Operations and is full-time, exempt. Salary for the position is $45,000 per year with excellent benefits. Located in Gatlinburg, TN at the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains, Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts annually offers 140 weekend, one and two-week workshops, community classes, children’s classes, and conferences and seminars.
