Job Post: Digital Campaigns Manager, Third Act

About Third Act

Third Act is a new effort to organize Americans over 60 for a fair and stable planet. We are inspired by the power of youth-led movements for justice, and believe that elders can and should play a large role in advancing progressive action on climate change, racial and wealth inequality, and the other unfinished business of our generations. We coordinate actions, mobilizations, campaigns, trainings, webinars, and more. Third Act is a start-up seeking to build our infrastructure and staff in order to channel a growing cascade of volunteer enthusiasm.

We are currently a team of four paid staff who approach our work with determination, kindness and joy. We do not aim to become a large NGO - we favor a lean, mostly-flat structure with transparent work plans and just enough hierarchy to keep things moving. We’re founded by Bill McKibben and an Advisory Council led by Akaya Windwood, former President of the Rockwood Leadership Institute.
