Black Voters Matter is seeking a Data Associate who will be responsible for providing support to BVM. This position would be responsible for the day-to-day data work required to keep program running:
- Voter Activation Network (VAN) administration i.e. create GOTV lists, scripts, and cut turf
- Create and facilitate contact tool trainings i.e. Virtual Phone Bank, minivan, Peer to Peer texting, Empower, etc.
- Collect data for partners
- Handle voter registration logistics and execute quality control
- Create and administer phone banks
- Manage volunteers using MyCampaign
- Bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative skills or 2-3 years related experience and/or training
- High level of attention to detail
- Deadline driven and able to produce high-quality work and reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic knowledge of statistics and quantitative research
This position reports to: Analytics Director
Travel Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel approximately 0% of the time.
