Volunteer Board Member

Do you know anyone who is a child of divorced parents? Are you an adult child from divorced/separated parents? You can make a difference with us!

We're seeking passionate and committed individuals of diverse backgrounds to support the newly forming board.

STIM is a non-profit whose mission is to help empower, strengthen, and improve the mental health of children by providing professional, educational, and other resources to their families while navigating through the process of divorce, incarceration, or loss of a parent.

We're a younger nonprofit; seeking volunteers who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and make a difference in children’s lives.

Experience in startups is highly desirable. We're based in Southern New Jersey and will accept volunteers from Greater Philadelphia/New Jersey and New York areas.  Currently, our work is conducted virtually, anticipating a return to in-person as soon as appropriate.

Term/participation

Serve a one -two-year term on the Board to be eligible for re-appointment for an additional term. Attend and actively participate in all monthly Board meetings with a 75% minimum attendance requirement.
