Chief Financial Officer

The Cesar Chavez Foundation (CCF) is seeking a dynamic and proactive Chief Financial Officer who can contribute to the development and implementation of the CCF’s mission, policies, strategies, and operations as a high-performing member of the Leadership Team.

The CCF has created a movement to improve the quality of life for Latinos and has served more than 20,000 students, reached 1.5 million with Radio Campesina, and has invested more than 860 million dollars in underserved communities across six different states.

Beyond possess a passion for the CCF’s mission and excellent written and verbal communication skills, the successful candidate will embody a variety of leadership traits—chief among those, being able to foster and promote interdepartmental collaboration that capitalizes on diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.

Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited MBA degree program; a current CPA license is highly desirable. In addition, the successful candidate will have at least ten (10) years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. Strong real estate development experience is also preferred.

The annual salary range for the incoming Chief Financial Officer is $180,000-$230,000; placement within this range will be dependent on qualifications.

The position is based out of Keene, CA. CCF will consider some schedule and location flexibility outside of Keene, CA for the right candidate.
