Director of Property Management and Development

The Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands (“Sunnylands” or “the Trust”), established in 2001, provides a place of tranquility and hospitality where national and international leaders convene to promote world peace and facilitate international agreements. The Trust is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating entity governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees.

The Board is seeking candidates with a demonstrable passion for the mission of the Trust, with impeccable integrity, and with a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 15 years of broad experience in property management and development and a demonstrable track record of successful completion of construction projects at a complex not-for-profit organization, such as a college or university, or a for-profit business, such as a large hotel or resort.

A minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience is required, including overseeing buildings and grounds functions and preferably security, as well. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, civil engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Spanish-language fluency is highly desirable.

The annual salary range for the Director of Property Management and Development is competitive and dependent upon qualifications and experience.
