Mental Health Associate - Paid Internship

Hope Solutions seeks an energetic Mental Health Associate who is flexible and responsive to support the needs of our clients while possessing the skill set to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community partners. We are looking for compassionate service-driven individuals who fundamentally believe in the potential of others. Responsible for providing mental health and case management support to formerly homeless children and their families living in permanent supportive housing at Garden Park Apartments and in multi-site housing and to children and families in affordable housing settings in Concord, Bay Point, and Pittsburg.
