Family Services Manager

The Drake House Family Services Manager (FSM) is responsible for the provision of social services to Drake House and Drake Village residents. The FSM is a key member of The Drake House support team and a primary contact for program participants. This position is responsible for evaluating residents' needs and partnering with participants to create and implement an Individual Service Plan with the goal of moving families closer to economic self-sufficiency. The FSM will identify barriers that prevent housing sustainability by meeting with residents and their families, coordinate supportive volunteer services, connect clients with professional services and provide ongoing assessments of participants' wellbeing and progression.

Position requirements are:

• Demonstrated passion for The Drake House mission and knowledge of working with families experiencing homelessness and/or other marginalized communities.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Counseling or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Outcomes-Based Case Management or related experience.
• Must possess strong professional boundaries and experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of data collection, client database management software, and  Microsoft Office Suite.
