OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE in the AmeriCorps New American Integration Program at St Mark Community Education Program/Dorchester

The Boston NAIP AmeriCorps member at SMCEP will be responsible for 1) Coordinating statewide online daytime citizenship classes to immigrants eligible for U.S. naturalization, 2) Coordinating and instructing in Work force  readiness program which includes  educational and career advising to beginner to intermediate ESOL students, and 3) Assisting ESOL  instructors with integrating  ESOL classes with job readiness and life skills. It is a 40 hr. week position from September to July. Flexible schedule.
