Location:                       Remote opportunity

Reports To:                 Director, Corporate Development

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a portfolio of 50 companies to cultivate, solicit and steward
  • Maintain a list and directory of the corporate partners and sponsors
  • Create and implement surveys and questionnaires to gather information from corporations, including annual partnership assessment and hiring survey
  • Provide profiles to corporations of alumni who have been identified for leadership roles (NXT Level Leaders)
  • Assist companies in developing programming to implement in webinars and other virtual/ digital platforms
  • Maintain corporate data in Salesdash
  • Create and provide Stewardship Reports to partners

Experience & Education Required:

  • Proficiency using Salesdash or a similar CRM (training provided)
  • Proficiency using Linked In and survey tools
  • At least three years (3) experience in corporate fundraising or experience with business development and cultivating relationships with companies
  • Knowledge of recruiting process for schools and corporations
  • Earned a Bachelor degree from 4-year accredited academic institution
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial manner and with a team

Summary of Position:

The Manager, Corporate Development will have the primary responsibility to cultivate and solicit corporations to become partners of The Consortium. The position requires knowledge of business trends and industries, recruiting cycles and strategies used to engage students and alumni. The Manager will need to create reports from surveys and data gathered from questionnaires. Impeccable customer service is critical for success.
