Highland Rivers Health is seeking a Director of Community Rehabilitation and Wellness. The service location for this position is flexible within the Highland Rivers catchment area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides operational oversight and supervises management staff and other assigned clinical support staff within Peer, Residential, employment/Soar services
  • Provides leadership to current and expanding integration services
  • Monitors and assists staff in reaching Pay for Performance goals (where applicable)
  • Develop and implement ways to expand services, develop new programs, and to increase individuals served
  • Communicates and collaborates with fellow leadership members to improve Highland Rivers service delivery
  • Participates in developing, managing, maintaining, and collaborating a cooperative service environment within the community
  • Increase community relationships
  • Continually monitors and evaluates clinical and other assigned services to ensure compliance with DBHDD standards, CARF, and HRF
  • Develops, Monitors, assesses, and evaluates programs using data collected. Uses this data to within quality improvement and to improve outcomes
  • Prepare, manage, maintain, and submit program budgets
  • Identify new ways to improve financial outcomes
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new staff as needed. Complete paperwork needed for Human Resources
  • Participate in Leadership team, Quality Improvement, and represents CRW in other assigned teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Helping Field
  • Two years of Management experience
  • Licensed as an LPC or LCSW as per the State of Georgia
