The Director will also collaborate on nationwide events, such as YWCA USA’s Stand Against Racism and Week Without Violence, and partner with other organizations on citizen lobby days at the Capitol.

Coalitions and Partnerships

The Director will identify and engage key stakeholders across the state to collaborate on shared policy goals; represent the organization on multiple policy-related coalitions; provide engaging training and public presentations for partner organizations on advocacy topics; review and sign on to letters of support for priority issues: and convene the over 40 organizations that participate in the Women and Girls’ Policy Stakeholder Roundtable to ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing on statewide policy issues impacting women and girls.
