The Ministry Village Executive Director

The Ministry Village, Inc. (Barrow Ministry Village, Inc.), a nonprofit Christian Ministry located in Winder, Ga.  is seeking a fulltime Executive Director to help carry out the mission of the agency.

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Non Profit Management or related field.

The expectation of this position is to execute the purpose, programs, and policies of The Ministry Village, Inc. set forth by the Board of Directors.

This administrative position will guide organizational vision and leadership through strategic planning, fiscal management, grant writing, fundraising, counseling to victims of crimes, and program delivery. Additional responsibilities include overseeing staff (hiring, firing, evaluating employees), contract counselors, and volunteers, building community relationships and outreach efforts in Barrow and surrounding counties (specifically with churches).

This individual will serve as a liaison between staff, volunteers, and members of the Board of Directors, must be self-motivated, work well independently with the ability to ask for help when needed, energetic, and maintain a positive work environment.
