Start:ME is looking for a talented new Program Associate to join our team. Start:ME is an intensive 3-month accelerator for microbusinesses, connecting entrepreneurs to the business know-how, supportive networks, and grant capital to build and grow successful businesses. The program is place-based, operating in communities around Atlanta, serving the entrepreneurs who make those places vibrant. To date, Start:ME has served just over 300 microbusinesses; 84% of alumni ventures are led by people of color, 72% are female-led, and 23% are led by foreign-born entrepreneurs.

 

Brief role description

The Start:ME Accelerator is looking for a new Program Associate to join the team.

The Program Associate role is hands on, supporting the development, operations, and execution of the Start:ME program. This position is designed as a 24 month Fellowship for those entering the social sector after completing their undergraduate studies.

Applications are being accepted through June 30th. This role is based in Atlanta at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and is scheduled to start on or around August 1, 2021.
