Organizational background

Lost-n-Found Youth (LnFY)

Mission: To end homelessness for all LGBTQ youth by providing them with the skills and support needed to live independently.

Vision: We envision a world where all youth feel safe and supported to live and love authentically.

Where we are now: Founded in 2011, Lost-n-Found Youth (LnFY) is at a pivotal moment in the organization’s history. After some challenging leadership transitions, the organization operated without an Executive Director for three years while figuring out the best way to proceed. While the Board has set up the incoming Executive Director for success, there will also be a need to collaborate closely with the Board to instill policies and procedures to help the organization’s infrastructure support its programmatic growth.
