Albertina Kerr operates 54 neighborhood-based group homes for adolescents and adults with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD), employment services for adults with IDD, and outpatient and inpatient mental health services for children and their families.  Kerr empowers people with IDD, mental health challenges, and other social barriers to lead self-determined lives and reach their full potential.

AK empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health challenges, and other social barriers to lead self-determined lives and reach their full potential. Kerr provides comprehensive crisis and preventative mental health care for children and teens, as well as a full range of services for children and adults with IDD.

The Chief Financial Officer is a member of the Executive Team, oversees a $50 million operating budget, and leads the financial department and fiscal operations of Albertina Kerr, including all accounting, budgeting and reporting. Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will lead and develop a staff of highly motivated and passionate employees who are excited to take the department to the next level with the help of a visionary leader who possesses a strong financial acumen. Maintaining and building strong relationships with AK's program leads and corporate partners who are deeply connected to the mission and community it serves will be one of the highlights of serving in this role.

Experience should include at least 8-10 years in financial management roles with 5 years of executive leadership experience as a CFO or other comparable level within a nonprofit, public sector enterprise, healthcare organization or a closely related organization. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or public administration is required. A CPA and/or an advanced degree is preferred.
