Summary:
CircEsteem’s mission is to unite youth across all backgrounds and identities by fostering self-esteem and mutual respect through the practice and performance of the circus arts. CircEsteem promotes the development of self-esteem, personal success and empowerment by (i) promoting the practice of circus arts; (ii) uniting youth from diverse backgrounds; (iii) providing social and emotional skill building; (iv) providing youth opportunities to participate in leadership training which results in paid opportunities throughout their participation with CircEsteem. The Program Manager’s essential job function is to ensure program quality; manage personnel; promote CircEsteem programs and events, and various administrative tasks as needed. The Program Manager will act as the representative and point person between various programs for students, parents, vendors, and community partners.
Duties Include:
- Work with Program Coordinators across all northside CircEsteem programming on program logistics including outreach, enrollment, grant reporting, etc. In coordination with the Community Outreach Director, develop and oversee implementation of an outreach plan to achieve all program enrollment targets. Supervise Program Coordinators – maintain schedules, approve paid time off requests, ensure time-sheet accuracy Collect appropriate data and file accordingly and at the request of the Program Director In collaboration with the Program Director, modify CircEsteem curriculum In collaboration with the Program Director and Program Coordinators, analyze program efficacy and mission alignment In collaboration with Program Coordinator, collect and analyze youth self-assessments Create systems for managing youth behavior issues that arise in collaboration with the Program Director. Ensure data collection, reporting, and registration is accurate and on time Participate in CircEsteem staff meetings and trainings.
Compensation:
Salary Range – $48,000-$55,000

Paid Time Off: 15 days paid leave, 5 days paid sick leave.
Experience
- 5-10 years of team leadership experience LCSW preferred Fluent writing and speaking Spanish preferred Flexible with constantly changing situations Ability to juggle multiple projects Team player and collaborator Independent, critical thinker who has the ability to problem-solve Ability to positively communicate with co-workers, administration, parents, youth, and referring agencies
