Office Manager/Program Assistant

Position Purpose: The purpose of the Office Manager/Program Assistant is to bring organization and structure to the office, to manage the details of each client’s schedule, and to assist with clinical research.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of Communication, English or writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to write research summaries as well as proof read and edit. Highly administrative and organized. Strong attention to detail. Strong written and spoken communication skills. A willingness to learn and be flexible.
Key Specific Responsibilities:
+ Office maintenance
+ Answer phone calls and emails
+ Schedule all appointments for clients and staff in office
+ Schedule transportation
+ Schedule childcare
+ Keep all records of attendance
+ Assists CDRP with group prep
+ Assist CDRP with manual prep and clinical research
+ Assist CDRP with administrative tasks.
Staff Team Requirements:
+ Attend weekly clinical staff meetings
+ Participate in weekly 1-on-1 with CDRP
+ Complete Staff Self-Appraisals a min of 1x per calendar year
+ Work entirely from the office
+ Attend and participate in annual fundraiser, including but not limited to, set up, hosting at the event, inviting others, and clean up
+ Attend all necessary trauma training
+ Attend all necessary developmental trainings for the position
