Next Generation Men & Women (Next Gen) is an Education Non-Profit that closes the opportunity gap for under-resourced high school students through exposure to college, career options and after-school support. THE ROLE 

As the Director of Programs, you will oversee the development, implementation and strategic growth of all student programming across multiple Atlanta high schools and future expansion into new, secondary markets. You will be responsible for planning and maintaining a 12-month program calendar and overseeing all logistics at our school sites and local company/college partners. The Director of Programs will develop and evaluate a scalable program curriculum that is culturally relevant, drives student outcomes and empowers Teacher Coaches and College Mentors to lead. Direct management experience is required, as you will supervise a team of Program and Site Coordinators. The position will report to the Executive Director. 

Experience & Qualifications: 

• 8-10 years of professional experience (minimum)  

• Administrative or teaching experience working in Title I high schools preferred, not required 

• Managing direct reports and creating continuous learning opportunities for staff 

• Creating program measurement tools, overseeing data collection and evaluating outcomes

• Managing technology systems to track and report out on key programming activities

• Self-motivated, able to balance multiple and competing priorities or deadlines

• Excellent organizational skills. Ability to track multiple projects and tasks as delegated to staff
