Welcome

The mission of South Fulton Senior Services, Inc. (SFSS) is to provide a range of services and activities which promote wellness, wholeness, and self-sufficiency for adults sixty (60) years of age and older who reside in South Fulton County.  The service area includes all Fulton County communities south of the City of Atlanta.

South Fulton Senior Services, Inc., was created in July 1991, to meet the growing demand for aging services in South Fulton County. South Fulton Senior Services and two other non-profits were the brain-child of Fulton County Office of Aging, in order to decentralize services and make them more accessible to all of the older residents of Fulton County.  Services within the country continue to expand.

Aging America

South Fulton Senior Services strives to bridge the gap between the senior adult, business community and the general public.  As a united front we can alleviate isolation, loneliness and the disparity of access to services, institutions and a guaranteed quality of life.  Aging America is a new frontier, the likes of which we have never experienced before.  It is projected that by the year 2010 there will be as many senior adults as there are children under nine years of age.
