  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in TFO’s QuickBooks Accounting System.
  • Process sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports.
  • Work with the Board of Director Treasurer when necessary.
  • Handle biweekly payroll using TFO’s QuickBooks accounting software.

Requirements:

  • BA degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years related work experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Excel.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent people and organizational skills
