Part-time Accounting Coordinator

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in TFO’s QuickBooks Accounting System.
- Process sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
- Monitor financial transactions and reports.
- Work with the Board of Director Treasurer when necessary.
- Handle biweekly payroll using TFO’s QuickBooks accounting software.
- BA degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
- 3+ years related work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Excel.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent people and organizational skills
